I wouldn't recommend syphoning unless you have a pump activated one - when washer fluid 'goes off' it can contain usual water related dieases like legionaires. I'd take your wheel arch liner or something that gives you access to the bottle and see if there is any alternative way of draining. Note: rotten eggs is usually ammonia from bad mix of washer fluid or just using tap water. Best of luck

we had this with our clio i took the pump out of the washer bottle got a few jugs of clean hot water and lets it run through the bottle put the little pump back and now its fine

i know what you mean though its really stinks
