Unhappy some advice prleeeease!!!

Hi all.

I've just been to get my megane coupe 2000 sorted. It had the ABS lights constantly on. Anyways, its sorted now and my speedo is back so all is hunky dory apart from one little thing.
In the computer, the part that tells me how many miles i have left in the fuel tank is flasing dashes. i've asked the garage who sorted the other problem and they said i need to press the reset button when the car is off.
i've tried but its still the same. i've filled the tank and drove 300 miles and nothing.
does anybody know what i should do to sort this??

thanks in advance....
