Clio turning to right on it own

I have a 53 Clio and when I turn to the right the steering is stiff and is hard to straighten. Also it is pulling to the right and there is a clunking sound in the steering. I only bought it a week ago and took it back to the dealer who said I had curbed it which I hadn't. Does anyone what the fault is please.

Re: Clio turning to right on it own

Was the steering OK when you took it for a test drive before buying - if so then it's likely something has gone faulty since.

Could be a broken spring, a faulty strut or strut bearing. Have any investigations been done as yet?
