Re: car wont start

The glow plug control module on your dti has 8 terminals clearly marked 1-2-3 and 1a-2a 1c-2c & b1 makes up the eigth terminal. A permanent 12v's at terminal 2 key on or off. At key on (ignition)must have 12v'sat terminal 1a Terminals 1 & 3 are glow plug feeds Terminals 1c & 2c goes to ecu pin no's 30 Terminal b1 goes to ecu pin no 50. Terminal 2a is the earth (ground) At ecu pin no30 key on glow plugs on should have 12v's glow plugs off approx0.17v At ecu terminal 50 key on glow plugs on ov's glow plugs off 10.5v's, Can your mechanic do these few checks & post back Regards Micketbo
