Your Favorite Road For A Drive

whats your favorite stretch of road for just the pure pleasure of going out and driving it (having a bit of a blast)nominate away folks let someone else enjoy it as well .
in no particular order

A57 GLOSSOP - HATHERSAGE especialy good early on a sunday morning when its quite dont miss the opertunity to do the road to the top of the derwent dams .

A671 DENSHAW - SCAMMONDEN actualy used on occasion by top gear for filming very twisty at the start then opens out with some fast bits. crakin views from the carpark at the top (watch for lowflying hangliders) .then onwards go around the reservior & if your lucky you may find theres a hill climb on up the dam road .then having crossed the valley come back down the other side & do the twisty bit backwards .

A6024 HOLMFIRTH WOODHEAD again used for top gear filming in the past hard weaving climb to the top of saddleworth moor across the top then down into holmfirth turn right then over holme moss past the radio transmitter down the other side onto woodhead rd .

as i said three of my favorite bits of road for blowing the cobwebs or just taking a scenic drive with the family enjoy keith .

A876 between Kincardine and Kinross (16 miles) of pure twisty pleasure...

If you can do it in less than 15 mins you are really motoring (I've managed it on occassion), but the corners are many - the overtaking opportunities are few.

This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
