Ok, missed that bit.
I'd have the car up on axle stands. Drive it up to speed to confirm its a front end issue. Once that's done & if it confirms what you suspect, then I'd try it up one side at a time to see if you can isolate the problem.
As a last gasp idea it may be a differential bearing allowing a driveshaft to vibrate/resonate.
I think I have CDO. It's like OCD, but with ALL THE LETTERS IN THE RIGHT ORDER
