4 things you may wish to check;
- Does the pump work? i.e. can you hear it working? (if not, investigate on that)
- If it works, is it possible that you may have spilled sealant (you said you had repaired a leak) and that's causing a blockage?
- Remote possibility time now (what the Yanks call a 'Hail Mary' shot), does the water come out when the filler cap is open? It may be that a vacuum has been created that the pump can't overcome.
- Last one now - but this is unlikely unless you haven't used your washers for a while - the jets may ne blocked with the assorted road crud prevalent at this time of year.
Hope some of that helps - I know I've taken the blunderbuss approach - but hey - value for money or what?
This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
