just thoght i would share this with you all
i rang renault up asked them how much for a 70.000 mile service on my renault laguna 1.8 01 tourer the qouted me 758.00 this included a cam belt change i told my mate whos son happens to be a trained mechanic and he said bring it to mu house this what i got for my money
oil and filter change
air filter change
break pads front and back
front right side light bulb
cam belt change
cam belt tenioners changed
spark plugs x 4
hand break adjustment
total cost 400
good value for money me thinks .

Have to agree Jasper, I use a local garage for most things as the guy in charge drives a Laguna Estate so he seems to know what he's doing. Prices are less than half of the local Renault dealers. Had my cam belt changed by a forum member before we went to France last year, K-tec racing, and it was a lot less than the dealer and excellent service.
