I need to know so when I come off holiday next Saturday I will be looking at cars and will have to bear it in mind if it hasn't been done.

Had another look at service book , yes you are correct 72,000 miles or 5 years whichever comes first .

Oh S**t that means i will have to get it done now ... more bucks

I'm in Washington Tyne & Wear Fasterdad, and the car books in Parkers/Glass' guide at over 4k. I need a quick sale and I can be contacted on 07835 428289 if you'd like to talk further. Thanks for your reply PS Wasn't the England game sh*te?! (For update; will be posting pics and full description tomorrow in the For Sale forum if you'd care to take a look.)
There is no Laguna 3. The original was obviously Mk1 then you had Mk1 Phase 2, Mk2 and also, I believe, the latest version which is Mk2 Phase 2

1994-98 Laguna 1 Phase 1

1998-2000 Laguna 1 Phase 2

2000(Y-reg onwards)-2005(I think) Laguna 2 Phase 1

2005- Laguna 2 Phase 2

Hope that clears it up.

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
