standard routes to tuning such as induction filter > free flowing exhaust (i used to prefer powerflow) are a good start and can in some cases see upto 10Bhp or more which would put you on terms with a 182
a free flowing exhaust will be good for torque as well
i prefer remaps for the ecu side of things but these can vary greatly in price, dastek unichip is a very versatile setup whereby its custom setup for your own driving style and can be remapped at any time depending upon mods etc
the car is first rolling roaded to get a base line figure then the unichip is fitted and from that point forward it is remapped to give the best torque/bhp figures
on my old mondeo V6 i opted to have a flat torque curve as opposed to higher bhp figure which suited my driving style

this is not car specific but is a good route to start in car tuning
im sure some of the other owners can point u in the right direction with regards to specific parts and experiences
