Re: Dealer Complaint, just wanted your thoughts on the situation.
Just to say its a shame the dealer has reacted in this way and not tried to at least help resolve the problem, and this why dealers can get a bad name and people get put off going there. Even more so, in my opinion, they should be trying to retain customers like yourself who still use renault, and this sort of attitude does not help trying to get customers back into the renault network.
I work for a renault dealer, (not a main one, small one) however, i hate seeing service like this.
Personally i think your 2nd issue could be coincidence , but the keys can be repaired and tested .
Where about's are you? you may find a dealer somewhere else near who is totally different.
I hope you get this resolved and the dealer in question sorts themselves out before they lose too many customers and have to close like some others have had to previously .
