Yep - the car is not important mate. You and your passengers are! Glad you seemed to get away with it!

One thing is that if the airbag goes off the impact has been considered "severe". Lots of users report more serious accidents and wonder why the airbag has not gone off. It hasn't gone off because they are clever enough not to deploy unless absolutely necessary. If it has gone off, I'm suprised there is no damage to the vehicle but I'll be happy to be proved wrong on that one!

ah youve been hit by the clio's lift off oversteer, my 172 has a very snappy back end. been caught out by it a few times, only in the wet though, ive so far gone into my drive sideways, and have been facing the ditch on a road i travel almost everyday, and i wasnt speeding on either of the occasions.

As this is an accident ( glad you are ok by the way) I very much doubt the warranty coversthe repairs. This is just a warranty to cover things like running out of petrol,locking keys inside car etc, all things not covered by standard warranty.Your normal car insurance however will pay for the repairs.
As selwonk has rightly said ,airbags don't usually trigger without a reason.
I would get the car thoroughly checked over, apart from the excess and possibly losing no claims ( if you haven't go ncb protection) the repair costs will be covered by the insurance company.
