Relatively simple to change on mine.

You will have to take the driveshaft off to check, if it is the bearing it depends how bad it is as to whether you will feel it.

Not a difficult job,
Remove wheel.
Ensure car is supported on axle stands.
Remove brake caliper and pads. Split track rod end ball joint.
Disconnect abs wiring.
Remove nut and bolt securing bottom ball joint (swing brake carrier upwards to remove, out remove carrier complete.
Remove two two bolts securing driveshaft support bearing plate
Remove two nuts and bolts securing hub to strut.
Use forked ball joint splitter to separate bottom ball joint from hub carrier.
Withdraw hub, disc and driveshaft complete.
Test bearing for play, mine was obviously worn.

Afraid I can't help with the rough running.
