Hi Benson and welcome to the forum, I'm sure someone will be along to help soon..There are obviously ways of removing the door card/trim to allow access to the guts of the window mechanism, someone else may know what screws/clips to remove.

Hello, mine did the same last year. The window mechanism broke, took the door trim off, and then propped it up with a piece of 2x4 wood. Dealer fixed it under warranty. It describes how to remove the door trim in a Haynes manual, regards Damian.

There was a manufacturer recall on Scenic IIs last year to fit " Clips " to stop this happening.

I would contact a Renault Service Department and find out if yours would be covered for this to be repaired.
