Tigra MK1 no thx.

I had been considering a tigra MK1 cheapo runabout,as Id owned one(or 2) for 12 years.
Its semi pure shape, has a lot of + attributes etc but Im never going for another one now.
I doubt Id even drive one if offered/would prefer to walk ?.
Aside from all other considerations, its purely to do with a recent incident with 2 loonies who killed a soldier in the UK.
Im just glad I no longer have the car. If no one follows the reference,np ,maybe its just as well.

Currently in coup's garage:
RM III coupe 1.5dci FVT,Audi TT Mk1 ,a bike and too much rubbish.

Re: Tigra MK1 no thx.

What put me off the Tigra was the fact that (pc or not), it was always seen as a hairdresser's car.

GM missed a trick not making a GSI version, as that would've widened it's appeal.

Also, the Puma arriving a little later, totally killed it in the water.

This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.

Re: Tigra MK1 no thx.

I don't know about the above other than the Rot Box description is bang on the money.

They must have made them from recycled Vauxhall Victors

Re: Tigra MK1 no thx.

I helped (lead engineer really) do a head job after my son nursed it back from Gt Yarmouth. It took less time to do a Scenic Clutch & the access was easier too!!!
