Re: moving on

Should be fun, nowt wrong with a bit of luxury and you can usually pick up luxury motors really cheap if you look around.
It do look clean and tidy.

Years back, before 'Er Indoors and her belief that cars should work without me disappearing underneath the bonnets, I used to do that.
One was an XJ6 and was simply heaven if you ignored the quirky faults and 12 MPG
MPG not an issue to a young, single, well paid lad (as I was) and when petrol was less then a pound a gallon. And priced in gallons.
More important, bags of style that young ladies seemed to like and a massive rear seat
Quirky faults.... amongst them was the heater vents controlled by vacuum. And the various fittings had perished. That was fun working out let alone repairing.
The auto choke was another.

Re: moving on

Only one, got it for a customer who went to live in Spain, beautiful to drive.. Easy to service
Lovellllly view , his was a petrol model,,, but fuel was cheap.
Could not fault it.
Drove it to Wales for him..
He had it for 4 years, lost it P!55ED up, he found it three days later, stripped His was a 2008 car. and 2 years old at the time.. funny enough, he bought a jag ( how strange )

One of the most wonderful things in life is to wake up and enjoy a cuddle with somebody; unless you are in prison.
