i agree with Donald, let TS know and also a copy of everything to your local paper, even if its just for information, who knows they could be a few people this has happened to lately but obviously no one will know. It only takes 15-20 people to change dealers and thats a reasonable chuck of profit gone for that month, then they will have to lay mechanics off!

You see were i am coming from.

If you have a good friend, get them to follow the mechanic home, then get your revenge in a nice way :-

Expanding foam up exhaust
Missing wipers (if they are renault ones they'll cost a bomb even at staff discount!)
Wheel clamp his car
Using the towing eye on his car chain it good and proper to a lamp post!

Anymore ideas let me know!
