Engine juddering- long term design faults

Following on from my last comments - I'm not a prophet nor have crystal ball, but the item below highlights how badly we Renault owners have been let down.

When will the manufacturer take notice of these valuable feedbacks and realise we, have a vested interest in safety,
good standards and want to help build a long term relationship.

I am a volunteer on a Customer Liaison Panel for housing, us customers work with management, highlighting difficulties, producing solutions invariably before the problems become major.

Renault appear to take the line - Stuff you - What do you know! We want to grab money off you on servicing. Now go away, you have bought the car - Sod off. We have you be the short & curlies. In short a poor policy, sure to catch up with them sooner or later.

Well gentleman & ladies at Renault - we drive & use your products and have more experience than you - on what needs fixing.
And this information is free just like this Forum.

DSA - notice - Issued this week. From 03/05/2007

Clio II & associated models
Cannot be used by a pupil taking their test -
unless the vehicle bonnet has been modified plus has paperwork to prove it.

See actual notice elswhere on Renault Forum.
