I presume this is a Megane II estate we are talking about here.
If so then the bearing is available separately..
To replace the bearing you need to remove the rear disc.. Remove a retaining circlip that secures the bearing in place. Press the old bearing out and then press the new one in and refit the new circlip. Total replacement time is around 15 mins.
Another thought that has just come to mind. If the car is indeed a new shape one, then the wheel bearing will be covered under warranty..
