Of course others can use a disabled badge if they are going solely on the business of the disabled Badge holder.

At ours they call out the registration number of the vehicle if it is incorrectly parked and they have to move it, also parking is only allowed for 90mins, car park bloke patrols the car park during daylight hours

Not sure why they chose merseyside, but there are quite a few asda's within about a 10 mile radius.

This has to be one of my pet hates, people using these parking spaces when they are not entitled to. I confronted a couple in an Asda carpark one time, i simply said to them that they really shoudnt be parking there as they had no kids - their reply was we are waiting for our i pointed out to them that was untrue as their rear seats were down and covered in shopping, also they were eating spare ribs. They obviously found what i was saying to be offensive as they told me to F@ck OFF. I would gladly love to see people like that pick up a fine.
