Laguna - Mpg

Hi Guy's
what is the average mpg in most laguna's (petrol) only.
At the moment I have been getting 38.7 should I be getting more? if so is there some adjustment that I could do to enhance my mileage andgain more fuel econemy?

I'd say that 38.7 mpg from a 2.0 16v is good going. On average i get between 32-34 mpg. But it all depends on what type of driving Im doing (town or motorway) and how light I am on the gas pedal.

I think thats pretty good if it's for mixed driving..

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....

You would have to drive very economically to get more than 38.7.

I get 39-40mpg out of my 1.8 Laguna 11 but I live in a very rural area and drive very economically.

Driving long motorway fully loaded around 75mph. it drops to around 37mpg.

A problem well stated is a problem half solved !
