Amazing amount of damage and hardly any deformity of the cabin. Spot on construction!

Hang on, doesn't everybody on That Other Renault Forum think they are rubbish? As per one of our news articles:

Jeeeeeesus! Look at the state of that. Incredible to think they walked away from it.

BTW - there's 2p on the dash. Finders keepers!

Did I mention that it was a Saxo that hit them? No? Well it was. Speed has not been determined but as there were not reports of the Espace being turned over in the Euro NCAP 30 mph side impact test then take your own guess.

Thank god they are all OK!

Well done Renault. This is exactly why I bought the Espace as our family car.

The that hit her must have been flying.

I don't blame you buying another one, I remember watching a crash test on 5th Gear where they crashed a new Espace into an old one, the old one was written off and the occupants would probably have been killed, the new Espace didn't even deploy it's airbags! I bought this Espace almost immediately after seeing that.
