However if you own top spec Espace IV, Vel Satis or RenaultSport Clio V6 you will get preferential treatment.. Including jumping the service/repair que at your dealer..

Well I guess if you pay 30K+ for a Renault you deserve something to numb the reliablity pain

It does kind of let you down when you try to get what you expect to be a simple fault - turn up and are let down by poor service, bad parking facilities, long delays, no returned phone calls or unreasonably high prices.

I do not wish to turn the forums into a parkers rant but just listening to the views of a few of our members is interesting.

Not all dealerships are the same I know but if so then why does Renault not invest money into monitoring + improving the after sales service so they can live upto the claims typed on their own website.

OK sorry to sound totally negative and also, not wishing to turn this forum into a almost totally negative hotch potch of information like Parkers.

On the plus side, I recently took the current Lag 2 into Renault they had arranged a courtesy car I was running very late for a meeting and was thinking JC!!! I bet the courtesy cars fuel tank is going be on empty, which will put me back even further, but it wasn’t, it was over half full. Thank you for this one Mr Renault.
That pleases me

I was told the Lag would be ready by around 1.00 PM so I telephoned but it wasn't, I wasn't re-contacted at all, but picked the car up at 5.20PM :-(
This didn't please me at all
