It is 2000 litres I think. Anymore and you pay tax on it. There was a big article in Car Mechanics magazine last year. I will dig out the article and try and find the details that was in it.

I seen something like this. Some scientist says it is worse for the environment than normal derv apparently, something like that.

If using veggie oil (not the same thing as bio-diesel) why aren't the haulage companies doung it - even 2000 lites per year per truck would soon add up.

Basically what seems to be happening is that parts of the world are being de-forested to make way for growing plants for bio-diesel production. - sort of counter productive in many ways.
