I think you need to be realistic. You have a five year old car and assuming you intend to keep it for another five years what are the likley repair and maintenance costs likely to be. To be honest the biggest cost over that time will be depreciation and knowing Renault diesel Dci engines I suspect you will incur some expensive repairs along the way.
Draw up a spreadsheet of calculated running costs and try to forecast your likely expenditure over the coming years. In my opinion if the service plan is in line with Renaults recommended service intervals I doubt very much if it will be adequate as it is well accepted in the motor trade that Renault service intervals are far too short.
Also remember what may appear to be a cheap servicing deal may be an attempt to get you into their garage on a regular basis in the hope they can fleece your pockets for other work.
What happens if the garage concerned should go bust?
I my opinion it is not a good deal on a 5 year old car - possibly worth it on a brand new car though.
