Re: Can a second hand car have too few miles?!

Back on topic........Both cars are low mileage for a 3/4 year old car, However. 18k miles is low mileage, 8k is minimal mileage. The difference is a years motoring which is quite a bit. The wheels is a personal thing. I generally prefer the smaller wheels because I like a softer ride (unlike my vw). Tyres also tend to be considerably cheaper and for some reason wear more evenly. I don't mind travelling for a good vehicle, I went to wolverhampton to buy my Kangoo. It cost me 50 but saved 500 on any comparable van(and from a main vauxhall dealer!) As the price is similar just but the one you like best. (colour, spec etc) As far as the original Mini goes I agree wholeheartedly with mobile diagnostics. I also agree that the bx was a very good car apart from the clutch arm design,(not forgeting the weak clutch pedal mounting as well)
