I was stuck she missed any the door pillor I had a panel beater check it over all fixed now just to be sprayed

That's a heavy knock which may well have damaged the nsr hub & suspension.

Personally, I'd be prepared either to write it off (but get the full-value for it), or see it repaired by the insurance - there's no way I'd self-fund that repair, as it could be a real can of worms.

I'm glad she was caught, at least the insurance cannot hold you responsible in any way at all.

The neighbour who is a crash repair says they will pay out as it was not my fault should not be a write off and she said to the guards I don't remember hitting the car yet on the cctv it shows her pushing the car away and driving it away
