Service intervals

When I had a 2004 Laguna 11, a forum member stated that the oil change should be every 10,000 miles and not 18,000 as stated by Renault. He also said the cam belt should be changed every 40,000 miles and not 45,000 miles as stated by Renault. It is good advice which I have followed. I now have a 2009 Laguna 111 and would like to follow the same theme, so can anyone recommend the service intervals for the above please.

Simples,
Same again. I have always halved the change interval.
After all, Renault want to sell cars, not have them last forever.
Ralph, Dancingdad and funkoval like this.

You are only young once, but you can be immature forever

It's still true if you substitute 'Renault' with virtually any other car maker

Re: Service intervals

What engine though, just being nosey, never heard of a cam belt change at such low mileage..

One of the most wonderful things in life is to wake up and enjoy a cuddle with somebody; unless you are in prison.
