When I had a 2004 Laguna 11, a forum member stated that the oil change should be every 10,000 miles and not 18,000 as stated by Renault. He also said the cam belt should be changed every 40,000 miles and not 45,000 miles as stated by Renault. It is good advice which I have followed. I now have a 2009 Laguna 111 and would like to follow the same theme, so can anyone recommend the service intervals for the above please.
Hi. The engine is a 1.5. The car is a recent purchase and a stop gap as the previous Laguna 2 was "TBoned" by a woman on her mobile phone. I am just keen to ensure that all is up to spec. for the time that we have the car.
Drove a 1.5dci before I opted for 2.0dci the 1.5 wasnt as sluggish as I expected ...I have found some fast fit places will do an oil filter change using good oil for about £50 so I do mine every 6months
Thank you for the info. Most useful and I am beginning to get some very good feedback to my questions, as well as some daft comments about invalidating my insurance if I immobilise the alarm when on the ferry with 2 dogs in the car!
