Renault Clio - Model Identification*Fixed*

my daugther has just bought this renault clio says its a renault clio 1.6 dynamique billabong from garage advert, on the v5 says just renault clio 1.6 16v been onto insurance says they can't find model from number plate so have put it down as the 1.6 billabong but i'm not sure i have seen 1.6 16v rsi with same alloy wheels want to make sure it is correct for the insurance company can any one tell me the excact model its on a 51 plate as when new was in belfast then was re registerd in uk in 2004 thanks for any replies

what about getting the VIN number and giving renault a call?

Does it say inside the glove box? Bilabong was a ltd edition version. Renault does that from time to time

edited - I re-read OP again

Billabong is just the special/limited edition name, though mowglis suggestion of checking it out with renault is a good idea, to be sure

You should be ok with what the insurance company say.
I renewed mine in June and Churchill didnt list my model (1.6vvt estate) They had it down as 1.6i. They told me is no problem though.
