Wheel arch cover

Hey lads I wanted to remove the wheel arch over I got the two screws but how do I remove the big screw which which has the big black top on it

hi Corky,


they are plastic trees, Slide a flat screw driver behind the head and twist slightly until they come out a bit and you can then pull them out with pliers. Mostly they come out ok but after a few times they can get broken and need replacing (cheap on eBay).

did you manage to remove the wheel arch liner and re fit it ?

Surely if you put ballast in the front wheel arches, it will weigh it down so much that the new lights Corky fitted will only show up about 10 foot in front making the whole process of improving the vehicle's lights totally useless, he'll have to start all over again - are you prepared for that to happen :crying:

How did you put blubs and ballast's in without taking bumper off.
Are the cars different in Scotland,
Did not know you could get the bumper off without removing the inner panels..
Am I, after all these years doing it wrong then. Or is someone telling Corkies :wink2:
