I have a GT and it doesn't have full leather, its the usual half leather mixed with black alcantara, nice in my opinion, but not full leather I'm afraid!

Mine didn't have full leather either half leather mixed with black alcantara. Had it nit have been for the issues with turbo 's and EGR valves I'd have had mine still.

Mine had a replacement turbo just before the first service during an inspection Renault decided it was leaking oil and replaced it FOC.

EGR valves. I had 3 replaced during the warranty period.
Other than the above it was a cracking car with tons of grunt 2.2 Lt

On the other hand, I met a guy with the same GT badge we got talking it turned out he was doing over 35K miles per year, his was 3 years and a bit old he hadn't had any of the common problems at all.
The jammy sod

I'm pretty sure that the Phase II GT has full leather - with the option of some rather garish colours as I recall. I wasn't sure about the Phase I and just assumed it was full leather too (I know, I should know better than to make assumptions about Renault specs by now )

As far as i am aware this is done as there is no point blowing cold air at it and it ramps up when it warms up. I have also been informed that it is better for the motor to be speeded up slowly rather than just going straight to full wack as i have noticed that it also does this when getting into a hot car and it needs cooling down so that may be the reason.
