Most people pull the bulbs out of the holders and change them for 286 bulbs, but if you want the exact same wattage bulb then you'll need to take the bulb and it's holder to a decent motor factor. The colour of the holder denotes the wattage of the bulb.

I've got to be honest though,286's would do the job without causing any damage.

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....

Well.....thanks to the good advice from this forum, we've got a working radio and time, temp etc.

The car's been running very well, however yeaterday after we'd set off the stop light, the abs light, the break system light and the serv light came on.......then went off........then came on for a while.......then went they're on all the time. Although the car isn't driving any differently!

Simple fix or major overhaul on the breaks?

It could be a duff ABS sensor or damaged reluctor ring causing the intermittent problem
