I don't know what happened in your case; wrong parts in the correct box; number transposition (of parts or chassis number); or the cd either being incorrect/out of date; or just simple human error.
In these days of lean production and keeping stocks of parts as low as practicable (money tied in stock means less to invest elsewhere), gone are the days of someone taking the worn part and matching it up in the storeroom.
I'd believe that there must have been some kind of system error in your circumstance for it to occur twice for the same item.
But just imagine if that error was magnified by any and all of the Renault owners out there - it would lead to chaos.
This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
