How do you manually open the Fuel Flap - Page 2 - Renault Forums :: Independent Renault forum

Thanks everyone I was hoping there was an easy to get to a manual release

However, ended up having to remove the rear offside internal trim
There is a hole through the wing covered by some sort of Grill the flaps on.
I removed this by pushing it into the wing and then working back out through the hole

Then you can see the actuator that works the furl flap lock at the back of this there is a black lever that by pulling magically opens the fuel flap.

To be on the safe side I disconnected the actuator (good idea faultman).

Probably won***8217;t bother replacing it.
