Its just a thought - and its a cheeky way to do this, but couldn't you just get one made up from the correct info at the time (area codes, etc)?
I mean if they are so rare that someone who is looking for them, can't find them - the probability is definitely there that no-one would ever be in a position to state that what you had was 'wrong'.
Naturally, its up to you, but if I'd exhausted all avenues, I'd be inclined to use a bit of poetic licence to reverse engineer a sticker.
