Best thing is to adopt a flowing style of driving, let
it accelerate down hill and use the speed gained to
clime the next hill, drive well ahead let the car slow it's
self try to arrive at a stop as traffic clears. Get up the
gears as soon as you can but don't make it labor,
Modern engines cut the fuel completely on the over
run so don't knock it out of gear, once you get into it
you will be surprised how much better your MPG will
be and you can make surprising progress not holding
If interested visit the Fuely web site you can track
yours and others MPG click on my little fuely pic.
youve just described my driving style pretty well.
