My clio ph2 dci 1.5 80bhp has 156k on the clock still going on original clutch.
I've had a glow plug snap and has been stuck since around 110k
So far have changed
cooler, alternator, indicator stalk, rear light clusters as they rusted and lights were acting funny, changed seats to Renault sport ones as I had a knock n thr airbag blew, have upgraded lights to HID xenons as my bulbs kept blowing...
So overall engine has been great and general wear and tear of driving around town in London means I've had to change bits and bobs. Build quality of this compared to a German counterpart is poor however running costs are minimal.
Having said all this my clutch is about to go so am contemplating whether to change it or just sell the car. The
might go soon...the engine is sound but it may give too. The car might end up becoming a money pit..
Has anyone taken their clio dci over 170k?
