Hi and welcome.

Please forgive me if I have read this post wrong.

From what you are saying I understand the the remote central locking is playing up, but you are getting a signal from the fob?

It could be the sensor in the roof that has gone. It is very prone to getting wet after water seeps in around the aerial hole.

If you take out the interior light you should be able to see the sensor. If it is wet or damp it can sometimes be dried out and reused, but the water ingress must be dealt with.
Just remove the aerial and put a small amount of silicon sealer under it.

Like I say sorry if I read this wrong but could be worth a try.

Hope this helps. Kind regards Oily.

Sorry I didn't read your second post properly..........
