Is it anywhere near the filler?

As for the legal obligations of selling dealers,I'm not sure but someone else may know the answer.
Yes top end was laying near filler and so I reconnected however, being a mechanical novice I couldn't see how to get to the tank end to reconnect there. My assumption is that the inside of the wheel arch needs to come off but it look as though it's riveted on?

Thanks again,
