It's exactly the kind of molehill that Renault will happily use against you if you need to make a warranty claim further down the line, so you're right to be worried.
I'd give the dealer two options: 1 - refund your deposit and call off the deal. 2 - give you an agreement in writing that they will take responsibility for any work which would have been covered by the warranty but which turns out not to be as a result of the service being missed.
A third possible option is that you accept the car with an incomplete service history and the risk that goes with it, but they reduce the price accordingly. But that depends on how much they're prepared to knock off and whether you're happy to take the risk.
