I know what you mean about the anti pinch - it drove me mad the other day. I mentioned it to the dealer and they fitted a new regulator anyway under warranty - which I thought was pretty good service, the car wasn't booked in and then had them already in stock, as they know they are a weak point! Window behaves perfectly now.
If your Espace is still under warranty, might be worth mentioning to the dealer next time you see them!
Thanks mate

Actually it's the Porker that's driving me mad - the Espace behaves very well

Our Laguna did the same the other day, but only in the heat of the day, later on at night it didn't do it. Also the wifes 206 did the same yesterday ( Cornwall was the warmest place in the Uk - ) Our Ford Fungus did the same on a very hot day.
A squirt of silicone grease on the window guides should cure it. It has certainly stopped ours from squeaking.
It should be something you do regularly really, but it is not until you get the squeak that you realise that you forgot to spray the seals!
I'm really pleased that I found this thread. My pass door wiindow started squeeking a few weeks back but I hadn't made the connection with ambient temperature. Fortunately I had in the garage some 'general purpose motor lubricant' that included 'window guides' as one of its functions; can't remember why I had this now, it was left in a previous car after a service but I don't recall what that problem was.
