By now, I suppose you have made your mind up, but to answer your questions; no, the cup is not a lot faster than the standard 172 on paper but, having driven both, I know it's faster in reality! My cup handles a damn site better than my mates 172 and honestly feels safer than his car when driven hard. With all your years driving, I'm sure you'll know what I mean when I say 'you always know what the car is going to do' no nasty supprises. If you want to criuse along the motorway on a hot sunny day, air con on, music playing, relaxed driving, get a standard one or even a nice big laguna! If you want to go for a drive and actually remember you have just been for a drive, get the cup. It will take you right back to when you first started driving!

2002 172 Cups - what should I look out for..?

As title suggests - I'm trying to find a 2002 172 Clio - don't mind if its been modded - but can you please tell me what to look out for for cars over 60k on the clock?

What internal things? What questions to ask, etc..?

much appreciated.
