Ok so the brand new catalytic convertor, the brand new
, cleared the diag warnings.
Everything great then the bloody electronic warning light starts AGAIN (the original faulty) you have no throttle pedal and an emergency type 2-3k revs to drive with home.
Last night it would not clear and I had no socket to disconnect battery so had to try and get home.
The Toxic Fume light came on while driving in the emergency type mode.
Has done in the past but went out as sson as left car fopr a bit and driving normally having cleared the electronic fault (keeping up?!)
This morning though it hasn't gone out, I have done a battery disconnect as works with the other fault, and still on.
Can anyone explain what this actually means and why it's not going out now? Will it once I've driven abit with the engine back to normal maybe?
(ps we need a great big crying smilie in that quick list)
