Keyless entry

Anybody lucky enough to be able to spec the keyless entry and stop/start option, go for it.

Its the nuts and its going to take me a long time to get bored with it. No key and a stop/start button, well done Renault, its the best

It's a nice toy, but it has its pitfalls. It's a shame it won't do total closure and deadlocking (you still have to use the button for that) and you lose selective unlocking completely if you want the other three door sensors to actually work.

The biggest risk is that someone inadvertently leaves their card in the car and walks away, without checking that it has locked. I very nearly did it at motorway services a few weeks back (my card had dropped out of my pocket) and fortunately I noticed that the car didn't flash and beep, and so I went back to investigate.

It's not a bad system, but keep an eye on it.
