Angry Dented! - By a moron in a carpark

Just got back to the car in a supermarket car park to find that some complete moron has smacked my car door with theirs
Needless to say no apology just a nasty crimp in the door and white paint scuffed on to my 'protection strip'. If it had been a car the strip would have done it's job, but this was so obviously a van and low and behold the only white van in the whole car park was parked two spaces further up - A battered old transit with that much filler in the drivers door that it looked like it's regular thing for the t to bash other peoples cars
Can anyone recommend a good body repairer in Northamptonshire?
Apparently my dealer (Richard Sanders) doesn't have their own bodyshop .

Sorry to hear about this. Can't help with the body repairer but I can sympathise. My wife wonders why I part in remote parts of supermarket car parks, I've had this experience before - very frustrating.

I've started noticing though, that no matter where I park someone always parks beside me regardless of the number of free spaces around.

Bad Luck Andy. Same thing happened to me last year, so ignorant barsteward dinged my drivers door...... and Im pretty sure that was a white van man (or woman) !!!

Its a shame these days metalwork is so thin. Personally, I even make sure I dont "break wind" with my derriere pointing towards the bodywork...just in case !!!

sorry to hear of your bad luck did you check if the supermarket had cctv covering the carpark that way you have a chance of finding out the reg number of the culprit and pass it to the police who will trace it for you and then claim their insurance.

Im still trying to figure out what this bits for

I've been there and done that Riker1 and the police couldn't even be bothered to file a report.

This takes me back to when a bloke back-ended my brother outside a police station (in full view of a police car with real officers inside :O). The bloke sped off, my brother got most of the registration of the other vehicle and guess what, the police couldn't do anything as he didn't have the full registration. Thankfully not much damage, but its bad when you can't rely on the law and they are present when a crime is being committed
