Fuel reserve and comsumption

Hi everybody
I am the new owner of a 1998 1.4RT Renault Megane, S-reg hatchback.
Does anyone of you knows how much fuel the reserve hold?
Also, I do 110-115 miles with 17 litres, 15 miles a day, x2 40-45 minutes commute. Am I consumming more petrol than I should?
Thanks for replying

Re: Fuel reserve and comsumption

From the time it takes you to cover that distance, I'd imagine that your car is either stopped or in the lower gears for a good proportion of the time, neither of which does the fuel economy any favours.

30 mpg doesn't sound too bad, bearing that in mind.
