Voters stripped of the rights to object to cuts in rubbish collections

Labour moves to strip voters of rights over rubbish collection | the Daily Mail

We could all be loser's from this one

The rubbish collectors could find themselves
with new imposed pay structures, less pension rights, due
to them no longer being part of the councils staff, and a unelected body in charge.

No one taking over all responsibility if and when problems occur.

The councils could, due to them being revenue collectors
also find themselves facing large law suits as they would be classed as agents
and such under the law be liable. Larger council taxes for all.
