HiÖIts ridiculous that the turbo had to be changed @ 30K, was it under warranty? if not may be a begging letter to customer care asking for a contribution is in order, From experience all sort of things can cause the light to come on and go to limp mode, sounds like the intake system is clogged up with tarry like substance and causing the EGR valve to stick Iíve had to take manifolds out to clean or replace before now (what where designers thinking when they decided to recirculation exhaust gasses back through the inlet system?) But donít go stripping thinks apart just yet, one simple check is to make sure the pipe to the map sensor is not blocked, disconnect the pipe and blow through it if its blocked you may have to use a tiny drill or paper clip to clear the pipe where it joins the manifold, clean out egr valve once again worth a try and wont cost anything, another free check you can do on the ABS fault is to turn front wheels on full lock and check that the clip on the CV boot hasnít come off and gone over the ABS ring also that the ABS ring its self hasnít cracked and loose on the drive shaft, try moving them gently with a screw driver.. If none of these work at least youíve eliminated them and hasnít cost you any ££££, May be next step would be to have the codes readÖgood luck
