Hi there - don't worry, its perfectly normal these days (when a spare is supplied at all) for it to be a different size to what is on the car. The overall size is the same (total diameter), so it won't affect the speedo - but it will have a sticker on the wheel stating a reduced speed limit when in use (usually 80Km/hr - 50MPH) - they are intended for use only if you get a puncture and only to get you to a place where a repair/replacement can be effected.
This has been happening (mainly as a cost-saving) for at least the last 10 years.
