Hi, presuming you have a Mk2 Clio (on an 05 plate) then it has a plastic front wing. As you said, it is 30 on eBay and you should be able to get one in the correct colour.

It's not a difficult job to replace the wing, I think there is only about 4 screws holding it in place as it is there for cosmetics and all the structural integrity is given by the inner wing which should be un-damaged.

If you don't feel confident doing it yourself there may be a forum member willing to help you nearby (depending where you are of course!) Alternatively find a friendly independant garage and see if they would be happy just charging you the labour to fit a wing you supply yourself.

Paying the best part of 500 to fix this damage is a ridiculous cost in my opinion (nothing against you of course!)
